Some of you have been contacting us wondering what the advantage is of the color cover option for Birkonim. The color cover option really gives you the greatest freedom of design. Besides the fact that you can have full color covers, you can also make use of the full cover space, from fold to edges.
Here are two examples of ways you could use color covers, the first a bat mitzvah invitation I designed and the second a wedding invitation used with permission of the happy couple.
You could create a tile effect of family faces for a family reunion or anniversary, place a landscape photograph or original artwork as well.
We have a number of other examples of benchers that make use of the full color options. For instance this bencher used at a Bar Mitzvah at Camp Moshava has a fun optical illusion. Another bencher uses a photo from a photo shoot at the Kotel.
It is now possible to print on the back of the bencher so you could have a design that spans front to back. We do not currently offer an option to print on the inside of the covers from the website, but contact us if you are interested in this option, and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate you.
