For Birkon orders please leave four to six weeks from receipt of cover images for processing.
Shipping is handled by UPS or local mail. Most items (in particular, Birkonim) are shipped from within the United States.
Orders should be checked for errors or damage upon receipt. Any defective items should be returned with a letter stating the problem. A credit or replacement will be issued upon receipt of item.
Birkon orders that are canceled will be charged a $10 processing fee if canceled before covers are prepared, and billed accordingly after they have been prepared.
