New Website Developed- Tees at Risk

teesatrisk.com screenshotEvery once in a while I post about a website I built. I’m posting about this one now because it is now officially live.

In general I built sites for small businesses and nonprofit organizations. This site, teesatrisk.com is the site of Tees at Risk, a For-Benefit company meant to give current and former at-risk youth a place to express themselves as well as distribute donations to charities selected by the teens. Each t-shirt includes a brief background of the designer as well as a QR code which can be scanned using QR enabled devices so people out and about can learn more about the shirt and designer.

For the most part teesatrisk.com is a “basic” website with a variety of built in or generally included plugins and extensions. It has an added feature in that it needed to be integrated both stylistically and programmatically with the tshirt fulfillment method. Payment and fulfillment are done off the site to keep costs down for the company. Check it out to see how that works and buy some shirts! Also if you have suggestions of partner organizations feel free to contact them with suggestions.

For more information about developing a site of your own feel free to contact me directly.
